Arthur Samet completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia and obtained his MBA at the University of North Carolina. He has extensive experience in construction, real estate brokerage and development, and property management. His professional and industry engagement includes YPO International, the North Carolina Economic Development Board, the NC Chapter of CCIM, the regional Advisory Board for Wells Fargo Bank, NAIOP, the UNC-Greensboro and UNC-Chapel Hill Boards of Visitors, and the Piedmont Triad Partnership Board of Directors.

Arthur has honed his executive experience over the course of his career by leading the growth and diversification of a regional construction and real estate firm in the Carolinas, in addition to serving in leadership and director roles for host of civic and charitable organizations.


Nathan Isner

Nathan Isner has been engaged in the construction and development industry for a majority of his life. He learned the ropes working for his father’s construction company after school and during his summers while growing up in Greensboro, NC. Since graduating from North Carolina State University in 2004, Nathan has managed several large construction projects including both commercial and residential developments. Multi-family development has been his primary focus for the last 8 years. He enjoys the challenges of the construction business and the planning necessary to create successful projects. Nathan is a licensed general contractor in North and South Carolina.


Seth Coker

Seth Coker

Development

Seth started in the multi-family business in 2000 performing historic renovations before moving on to new development projects in 2004. Since then Seth has been a partner in the development, construction, and ownership of over 4,500 apartments. Prior to his work in multi-family, Seth worked in mergers and acquisitions and financial consulting fields. He holds an undergraduate degree from James Madison University and a graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and maintained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license from 1998-2015.

Seth has served on the Board of Directors for numerous nonprofits and trade related organizations in North Carolina.


Lisa Dudzinski

Lisa Dudzinski

Asset Manager

Lisa has an extensive background in finance and property management.  Lisa began in the multi-family Industry in 2006.  She has experience in all operating, marketing, and financial aspects of both stabilized assets and new construction.  She has a undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  Lisa also holds her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation and is active committee member in the Piedmont Apartment Association.    Lisa is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.
