Seth Coker
DEVELOPMENT
Seth started in the multi-family business in 2000 performing historic renovations before moving on to new development projects in 2004. Since then Seth has been a partner in the development, construction, and ownership of over 6,000 apartments. He has served on the Board of Directors for numerous nonprofits and trade related organizations in North Carolina. Seth currently serves on the business advisory board for TowneBank.
Nathan Isner
CONSTRUCTION
Nathan started in the construction industry as a teenager in the 1990s working for his father’s commercial construction company. Since 2008, Nathan’s focus has been multifamily construction completing over 4,000 units during that time. Nathan is a licensed general contractor in North and South Carolina.
